ABA Therapist / Behaviour Technician

Hébert Individualized Learning Services (HILS) is a leading provider of evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services, supporting children, youth, and adults with autism and other developmental, behavioural, and learning needs. Our team is passionate about helping individuals build meaningful skills that increase independence, confidence, and quality of life.
We are currently seeking compassionate, energetic, and reliable ABA Therapists (Behaviour Technicians) to join our growing clinical team.
As an ABA Therapist, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing individualized therapy programs developed and supervised by a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). You will help teach communication, social, daily living, play, and behavioural skills while building positive relationships with clients and their families.
No previous ABA experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing supervision.

What You'll Do
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions using individualized treatment plans
- Implement skill-building and behaviour support strategies developed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate session data and document client progress
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
- Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
- Participate in ongoing training and clinical coaching

- Is energetic and able to be physically active throughout therapy sessions
- Is eager to learn and grow within the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge or experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
- College diploma or university coursework in a related field
