We are looking for people who want to learn the trade. We train on the job, apprentice positions start at $20 an hour, but go to $22 at 3 months of employment. From there, the more you learn and develop skills, there is the opportunity to earn more.

Must be settled and residing in Victoria BC to be eligible for this position.
If you’re tired of just looking for a “JOB” and are looking for a position that could grow into something much more, Fawcett could be the perfect fit for you. Here’s what we are looking for:
- Assemble mattress components and working in our shipping and receiving area occasionally assisting.
- Delivering our products in Victoria and up to our Nanaimo location
- Working in our Shipping and Receiving area packaging up items and helping store inbound shipments.
- Ocassional delivery of our products - with professionalism, enthusiasm and gusto
- Laying out and helping produce the mattresses, including;
- Cutting latex foam.
- Cutting fabric.
- Sweeping & Cleaning the workspace as needed.
- Daily work involves heavy lifting of mattresses. Must be physically strong.
- Learning how to make mattresses and other general duties to make things work in a busy shop.
- Learning about our products so that you effectively communicate to our clients and represent our brand in a positive manner.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs multiple times a day.
No experience necessary!
Simply be hard working, bring a good attitude and be presentable.
