About the role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Site Manager leads operations for Prokey’s Saskatchewan residential portfolio. This role oversees two direct reports, an Assistant Site Manager and Maintenance Technician, and is responsible for further stabilizing the portfolio through strong tenant relationships, team support, vacancy reduction, vendor coordination, and ongoing property improvements. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, independent, emotionally intelligent, and confident managing complexity in a residential property environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage daily site operations across the Saskatchewan portfolio.
- Lead, support, and build trust with the Assistant Site Manager and Maintenance Technician.
- Build positive relationships with tenants and respond to concerns professionally and promptly.
- Support leasing activity, reduce vacancies, and help stabilize the properties through strong follow through.
- Coordinate with vendors, head office, the Chilliwack support team, maintenance, accounting, and other stakeholders.
- Identify property needs and support improvements such as repairs, renovations, cleaning, and maintenance planning.
- Complete move-in/move-out processes, inspections, notices, file management, and related tenancy documentation.
- Use property management systems and reporting tools to keep tenant, property, vendor, and operational records accurate.
- Occasionally assist with hands-on site support such as light cleaning, property upkeep, or lifting when needed.
What we’re looking for
- 2-3 years of property or residential management experience preferred.
- Experience managing direct reports or leading a small site team is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple buildings/properties is considered an asset.
- Education, training, or experience in property or residential management is considered an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Yardi, Yuhu, or similar rental/property management software is an asset.
- Strong customer service, organization, communication, de-escalation, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and help with hands-on site support when required.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
