Mount Arrowsmith Brewing Co and its affiliate Fern + Cedar Brewing is looking for a Line Cook or a Prep Cook! Responsibilities will vary depending on experience and pay but may include:
- Preparing, cooking and plating of menu items
- Daily meal preparation to the overall high standards set by the head chef.
- Ensuring all work and safety requirements are met
- Coordinating daily kitchen operations
- Working closely with FOH staff and head chef.
Hours of work may vary
Strong daily gratuities (average an extra $4-5 / hr), beer perks, benefits package and great growth potential are all available to the right candidate.
