AllRoads Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has an opening on our Service Team for a Full time or Part time Service Advisor. Dedication to customer service and satisfaction is a key competency. Other important skills you will be responsible for and required to have are as follows: the ability to greet each customer in a prompt and courteous manner, communication skills with customers to demonstrate the nature of mechanical issues, the ability to handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress, booking appointments, as well as returning phone messages and emails promptly.
A general knowledge of automotive systems, repairs and maintenance is required. You must be a team player.
