We are currently looking for multiple highly motivated, and focused individual for our CRCE team with construction project coordinating education and experience. Working with the Project Management Team, our project coordinators play an integral role in helping to guide our projects from inception to completion
Responsibilities
Here’s What you will be responsible for
- Assist the Project Management Team in planning, organizing, and managing commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met and milestones are achieved.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track project progress, update project schedules, and report on project status to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
- Attend and participate in site meetings, project meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and managing the delivery of materials and equipment.
- Support the coordination of subcontractors, including scheduling, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in maintaining project files, records, and documentation for future reference and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with the Project Managers to identify and resolve any project-related issues, risks, or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualification Requirements
- Technical College diploma, or equivalent combination of technical training and/ or related experience.
- Minimum of 1 year in the infrastructure construction industry or equivalent.
- Computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), industry practices, estimating/ budgeting.
