Carpe Diem Love is looking for an energetic and confident Sales Associate who loves connecting with customers and helping them find the perfect piece of jewelry.
We are looking for someone who is not afraid to start conversations, build relationships, and turn browsers into buyers. If you enjoy sales, customer service, and working in a boutique retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Maintain an organized and attractive store presentation
- Process transactions accurately
- Help create a memorable shopping experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English required
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Positive, outgoing, and self-motivated personality
- Comfortable approaching customers and making product recommendations
- Reliable and available for part-time shifts
