Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Landscape Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within the landscape/irrigation industry. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and expertise in marketing and customer service to effectively promote our landscape services and solutions.
Primary products or services include: irrigation (install, repair, and maintenance), landscape maintenance, and pest control.
Duties
a. Engage with residential, commercial, and industrial customers to identify landscaping and vegetation management needs;
b. Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and direct outreach;
c. Conduct on-site property assessments and recommend appropriate service programs;
d. Prepare and present service proposals, quotes, and contracts;
e. Promote company services including mowing, weed control, irrigation systems, vegetation
control, and property maintenance programs;
f. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business;
g. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by management;
h. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications; and
i. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within the landscaping, construction, or related industries.
- Strong background in marketing, customer service, and technical or technology sales.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, and account management roles.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and sales performance metrics.
- Leadership qualities with experience managing or mentoring a sales team preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively. Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
