Job Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with the completion of construction projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay with plenty of opportunity for advancement for the right candidate willing to work hard and learn.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Mix, pour, fireproofing materials and assist crew with application on site
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
