Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone & email
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in choosing the right insurance products for their needs
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling to enhance customer engagement
- Handle concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
Qualifications
- RIBO Licence preferred
- Previous Insurance Industry experience preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting customer data and feedback
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Ability to work effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
