Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth workflow, safety, and organization at the workplace.
Locations: Brampton, Georgetown, Halton Hills & Etobicoke
The ideal candidate should have experience working in food, meat packaging, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments. Candidates must be comfortable working in a meat processing environment and performing physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting of 40–50 lbs.
This position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to adapt to different tasks while working effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, products, and equipment as required
- Perform general labour duties including lifting, carrying, sorting, and moving items
- Support daily operations in food, meat packaging, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing areas
- Work comfortably in a meat/cold environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all workplace safety rules and procedures
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely
- Report any safety concerns or issues to supervisors
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in food, meat packaging, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing companies preferred
- Experience working in a meat environment is an asset
- Comfortable with heavy lifting (40–50 lbs)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to safety and workplace procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and responsibilities
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
