About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading healthcare distribution facility in Acton, is seeking an experienced Material Handler to join their warehouse team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring healthcare products and medical supplies are accurately stored, picked, and prepared for distribution.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating an Order Picker and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, safety, and efficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Order Picker equipment safely and efficiently
- Pick and transport healthcare products throughout the warehouse
- Perform inventory movements and stock replenishment
- Accurately scan and track inventory using warehouse systems
- Maintain compliance with company safety policies and procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Support overall warehouse operations as required
Qualifications
- Previous Order Picker experience is required
- Material handling experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
