Position: Group Leader/Supervisor - Industrial Services

Position Purpose: Leadec provides general and detailed cleaning services within the automotive industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to support operations in a fast-paced, industrial, production environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, flexibility in scheduling, and experience working with unionized teams is preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
· Works safely at all times.
· Supervise hourly employees during assigned shifts
· Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
· Coordinate staffing, workflow, and daily priorities
· Provide coaching, training support, and performance feedback
· Apply company policies and collective agreement requirements consistently
· Communicate effectively with employees, management, safety, and union representatives
· Support attendance management, reporting, and incident follow-up
· Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.
· All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.

Position Qualifications:
· Prior supervisory or lead-hand experience required
· Experience in a unionized environment preferred
· Automotive or manufacturing experience preferred
· Computer skills in outlook, excel & word required
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage teams in a shift-based operation
· Flexible availability for days, evenings, nights, and weekends as required
Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:
· Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; climb or balance; kneel, crawl, stoop, or crouch.
· Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
· Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
Pay: $54,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
