Position Responsibilities:
- Accurate and efficient designing of sophisticated automation equipment
- To prepare requisitions for any and all components for said designs
- To fully design to customer and internal standards automated cell and assemblies.
- Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to achieve company’s goals
- Accurate and efficient completion of all design responsibilities
- Manage product delivery dates
- Other duties and special projects as determined by the Engineering Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 + years of experience in mechanical engineering and design for SR Designer
- Drafting knowledge and experience
- Excellent client service focus, with an ability to effectively collaborate with others
- Strong organizational and workload planning skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficient knowledge of solid works design software an asset
- Manufacturing experience an asset
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
