Hourly Rate: $22.50–$24 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tactical security and protection for assigned sites and personnel.
- Conduct regular patrols, maintain a strong presence, and respond to incidents as necessary.
- Utilize proper use-of-force techniques as trained.
- Monitor and report safety concerns, suspicious activity, or breaches.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Perform physical duties requiring extended periods of standing and walking.
Required Certifications:
- 1. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification
- 2. CPR - FIRST AID
- 3. Use of Force
- 4. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification
- 5. ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of tactical security experience OR a relevant educational degree (e.g., Police Foundations, Criminal Justice, etc.).
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (must be current).
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and day rotation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Knowledge and training in use-of-force procedures.
