We’re looking for a highly experienced CNC Programmer/Operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-mix environment and enjoys creating new programs daily.
This is an afternoon shift position from 3:00pm to 1:30am, Monday – Thursday!
We are hiring for one position!
What You’ll Do
- Program and run CNC machines (3-axis & 5-axis)
- Develop programs using Cimatron
- Interpret CAD drawings and apply GD&T
- Set up tooling and optimize machining processes
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and toolmakers
- Support continuous improvement and mentor junior team members
What You Bring
- 5+ years of custom CNC programming experience
- Strong 3-axis and 5-axis machining background
- Proficiency in Cimatron is preferred
- Expertise in blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement
- Experience with gauges, fixtures, moulds, jigs, dies, and automation components
