About the Role
As a Station Operations Specialist at GOFO, you will support station operations by managing relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), coordinating daily delivery activities, monitoring service performance, and resolving operational issues.
You will work closely with external delivery partners and internal teams to ensure packages are accurately tracked, delivered on time, and handled in accordance with company requirements. This role is well suited for someone with strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, onboard, and develop long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).
- Negotiate contracts, service terms, and pricing with DSPs to secure cost-effective and high-quality delivery services.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to DSPs, resolve issues, and help ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Monitor package delivery status to ensure accurate tracking and on-time performance.
- Investigate and resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure DSPs comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop, align, and implement delivery strategies.
Requirements
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Professional proficiency in French is preferred.
- Experience in logistics operations, vendor management, partner management, or a related field; experience working with DSPs is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics systems and relevant industry regulations is preferred.
- An educational background in logistics, supply chain management, data analytics, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
