No Limits Underground Ltd. is looking for hardworking, reliable, and safety-focused Hydrovac Swampers to join our growing team. This position involves assisting Hydrovac Operators with utility daylighting, excavation, and underground construction projects throughout Manitoba and surrounding provinces. Out-of-town work and rotational schedules are common.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Hydrovac Operator during excavation operations.
- Safely operate the vacuum hose and excavation wand.
- Expose underground utilities using non-destructive excavation methods.
- Set up and remove traffic control and work zone protection.
- Perform daily equipment cleaning and general maintenance.
- Complete hand digging and general labour duties as required.
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and client requirements.
- Participate in daily hazard assessments and toolbox meetings.
- Work closely with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labour experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work safely in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence required.
- Class 3A licence is considered a strong asset.
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment and live utilities.
- Willingness to travel and work out of town on rotational schedules.
- Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing if required by clients.
Preferred Certifications
- Ground Disturbance Level II
- First Aid/CPR
- WHMIS
- CSTS
- Traffic Control Person (TCP)

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
