Schedule
Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with our 4.5-day workweek:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes.
- Edit CNC programs and adjust machine offsets to achieve final part specifications.
- Verify part quality using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary program or offset adjustments.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
- Work closely with team members to meet production and quality objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience with CNC machine setup, program editing, and machine offset adjustments.
- Ability to produce precision parts to print specifications.
- Experience with CNC milling and turning operations.
- Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC mills and live-tooling Y-axis lathes is preferred.
- Manual machining experience is considered a strong asset.
- CNC programming experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
