Our office is growing! We are looking for an experienced Broker to join our team – in office.

Salary between $28.00-$32.00/hour depending on experience.
As a member of the Working Ventures Insurance team, you will be responsible for:
- ICBC Autoplan including Fleets and Garage
- Private Auto
- Personal Lines
- General Office Duties

- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- Experience with all aspects of ICBC
- Focussed on customer service
- Proactive problem solver, detail oriented, efficient, and organized
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- The ability to work in a team environment demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills
- Committed to continuous learning and education
- Computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Epic, and other related programs
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Level 2 General Insurance License with a minimum 2-3 years' experience as an insurance broker
- Knowledge of EPIC and Applied Rating tool are considered an asset
- May consider Insurance Broker Level 1 license with 6 months to 1 year industry experience with the motivation to work towards obtaining Level 2 license. Willing to train the right candidate.
