NOW HIRING – Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator

We're growing and looking for a motivated, organized, and energetic Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities
✅ Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
✅ Answer phones, emails, text messages, and social media inquiries
✅ Create and manage Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other online listings
✅ Post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
✅ Capture photos and videos for marketing and promotional campaigns
Follow up with customer leads and schedule appointments
✅ Maintain customer records and assist with daily office administration
✅ Coordinate with the moving and delivery teams
✅ Assist with inventory management and ordering office or store supplies
✅ Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and confident speaking with customers
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
- Experience with Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and online selling is an asset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Previous administrative, retail, customer service, or marketing experience is preferred
A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are required. (This is a deal breaker.)What We Offer
