Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Installer with finish carpentry or architectural specialty installation experience. This role is ideal for candidates who take pride in precise installs, can work independently, and feel comfortable taking ownership on job sites.
Candidates with experience installing architectural specialty products—such as movable walls, operable partitions, overhead coiling doors, washroom accessories, toilet partitions, lockers, and similar systems—are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install architectural specialty products with accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, installation manuals, and technical specifications.
- Verify site conditions, document progress, and communicate updates to the Construction Coordinator.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in finish carpentry, millwork, or architectural specialty installation (strong asset).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on job sites.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with measuring, layout, hand tools, and power tools.
- Familiarity with construction sequencing, site coordination, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingualism considered an asset.
