Senior Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) – Clinical Lead Track
Compensation: CA$60.00 – CA$80.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

About Us
A rapidly growing private medical clinic specializing in women’s and men’s health, perimenopause/menopause care, andropause, hormone optimization, metabolic medicine, and personalized wellness programs is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding clinical team.
We are seeking an NP with experience or a strong interest in men’s health, andropause, testosterone optimization, metabolic performance, and preventative wellness, alongside comprehensive care for women.
As we build toward a multi-NP model, we are looking for a clinical leader who can eventually take ownership of NP scheduling, mentorship of junior staff, and day-to-day clinical operations

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for both women and men
- Manage individualized hormone optimization protocols (perimenopause, menopause, andropause)
- Support metabolic health and weight management programs
- Monitor treatment response and modify care plans in alignment with clinic protocols
- Provide patient education, coaching, and follow-up
- Maintain high-quality EMR documentation
- Collaborate closely with physician leadership and interdisciplinary team
- Contribute to a professional, reliable, and patient-first clinic culture

- Communicates proactively and appropriately regarding scheduling, coverage, and patient care
- Works comfortably within a physician-led model, with final clinical and operational decisions resting with physician leadership

- Supports appropriate workplace accommodations in accordance with Ontario law, while maintaining accountability for communication and planning
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner (Primary Health Care / PHC) licensed in Ontario
- Experience or strong interest in men’s health, metabolic medicine, and hormone optimization is an asset
- Comfortable in a structured, protocol-driven environment
- Strong attention to documentation and detail
- Able to manage a consistent, busy clinical schedule
