Position Summary
The ePMO & Operational Excellence Manager plays a key role in advancing Victaulic’s Transformation and Operational Excellence initiatives. This role partners closely with leaders and teams across the organization to drive sustainable improvements, enable change, and embed best practices that support business performance and long‑term growth.
The successful candidate brings a strong background in Lean, process improvement, and change management, and is comfortable acting as a coach, facilitator, and project leader within a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a mentor, coach, and technical leader in the deployment of Victaulic’s Transformation and Operational Excellence program

Partner with functional leaders to develop and execute action plans that drive measurable improvements and business transformation

Lead, facilitate, and support complex process improvement and transformation initiatives across multiple functional areas

Apply Lean, Lean Six Sigma, and transformation methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and enhance business outcomes

Train and mentor employees and leaders in Lean, Six Sigma, and transformation tools and techniques

Collaborate with Directors and Managers to identify improvement opportunities within their processes and workflows

Educate the organization on the Transformation framework to ensure projects, process changes, and software intakes are properly assessed, prioritized, and resourced

Establish and monitor meaningful metrics to track continuous improvement progress and transformation milestones

Facilitate change management activities to support successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working

Utilize process mapping tools (including iGrafx) to document current and future‑state processes and train other users as needed

Act as a facilitator, project manager, or team member depending on the scope and complexity of initiatives

Continuously seek, share, and implement best practices from a global and cross‑functional perspective
Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience applying continuous improvement and transformation methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, project management, and change management

Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred

5+ years of experience in Lean, Operational Excellence, or business transformation strongly preferred

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Lean practitioner, project manager, change management practitioner, or transformation leader

Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Strong ability to partner with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Well‑developed problem‑solving and analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Working knowledge of process mapping and analytics tools such as iGrafx or Visio, and QlikView/Qlik Sense preferred

Demonstrated experience delivering training and mentoring others
-
Willingness to travel up to 20% as required
Salary: $100 - 130k (based on experience)
