All-West Glass is Northwestern Canada’s leader in quality residential, commercial, and automotive glass solutions. We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, and experienced Red Seal Carpenter/Journeyman Glazier to join our team in the Grande Dawson Creek area.
The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive, residential, and commercial glazing — the more experience, the better! We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Fit, install, repair, and replace glass in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Install glass systems and related products including storefronts, windows, doors, curtain walls, and shower enclosures
- Complete replacement glass installations in existing products and systems
- Measure, prepare, and ensure proper fit and finish of glass products
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when working with customers and team members
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive, residential, and commercial glazing preferred
- Red Seal Carpenter or Journeyman Glazier certification considered a strong asset
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Valid driver’s license considered an asset
