Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle guest reservations, payments, and front-desk systems
- Provide hotel and local area information, respond to guest inquiries
- Manage guest requests and complaints, coordinate with other departments for solutions
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications
- Monitor and address lobby and public areas for cleanliness
- Maintain and assist with breakfast service as required
- Other duties as assigned
