Job Posting: Production Worker – Bottling and Candy Packaging

This is a permanent, full-time position where you'll play a crucial role in our bottling and candy packaging lines, ensuring the quality and integrity of our beloved maple products.
What You'll Do:
As a Production Worker, you'll be an integral part of our manufacturing operations, focusing on food processing and sanitation to ensure top-notch product quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and preparing maple syrup for production.
- Filling a wide range of bottles with precision.
- Hand labeling products or feeding our auto labeler.
- Packaging delicious maple candy.
- Accurately filling orders as needed.
- Maintaining adequate stock levels to keep production flowing.
- Date coding all products as they are produced.
- Preparing products efficiently for shipping.
- Maintaining strict product integrity protocols under CFIA, HACCP, and BRCGS regulations.
- Performing inventory recording and control.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an individual who is punctual and possesses exceptional attention to detail. You should be capable of working quickly in a fast-paced environment and be able to stand all day. The ability to lift occasionally up to 50 lbs is also required.
Your Skill Set:
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for day-to-day events.
- Computer literate in MS Office programs.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, working 40-hours/week:
Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday 7:30am-1:30pm
