Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our dynamic financial team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets with precision and accuracy
- Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure data integrity
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other relevant platforms
- Assist with auditing processes to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations
- Oversee payroll processing and related tax filings
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Support corporate finance activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Maintain detailed documentation of financial transactions and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial systems and processes
Experience
- Proven experience as a CPA or in a similar accounting role with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other industry-standard tools
- Demonstrated expertise in account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, auditing, payroll management, and account analysis
- Knowledge of corporate finance activities including budgeting and financial services
- Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes and bookkeeping procedures
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $51,946.83-$120,915.21 per year
