Motion Alchemy is a precision movement practice in Royal Oak, Victoria BC. For the last 16 years we've been working with people during the moments that matter most — managing a Parkinson’s or MS diagnosis, navigating chronic pain, rebuilding after cancer treatment, preparing for or recovering from surgery, navigating perimenopause, returning to sport, or simply refusing to accept that slowing down is inevitable. This is where kinesiology does its best work.
These aren't easy cases. They're the ones that require you to actually think — and the ones that stay with you.
THE ROLE:
Covering a 12-week medical leave starting June 29rd.
Approximately 17 client hours per week — 12 in-person at our Royal Oak studio, 5 online. Independent contractor, 45/55 split. Real clinical work from day one. Ability to build to as many hours hours as you would like.
You'll work alongside a founding kinesiologist with 26 years of experience and an in-house athletic therapist. Small team. High standard. Genuine collaboration.
This is an explicit pathway to a permanent role. If you're the right person, we build the long-term position around you.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Kinesiology degree, completed or in progress
- Practicing BCAK membership, in good standing
- CPR/First Aid
- 2+ years preferred in active rehab, clinical kinesiology, or performance conditioning
