The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate and safe processing of incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials. This role requires the physical handling and preparation of products, transport into controlled cleanroom environments, and efficient execution of daily shipping and receiving operations.
Packaging & Cleanroom Material Handling
- Package finished products securely, applying accurate labels and ensuring materials are sealed and protected.
- Prepare materials for transfer into the cleanroom
- Stage products and raw materials at designated cleanroom transition points.
- Operate packaging equipment, pallet jacks, and hand carts to move heavy loads safely.
- Forklift Operation
Shipping & Receiving
- Unload incoming delivery trucks, verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including building crates, printing shipping labels, and completing bills of lading.
- Coordinate with freight carriers and couriers for the timely pickup and delivery of goods.
Inventory & Quality Control
- Update and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
- Flag and document any damaged, missing, or incorrect items and report them to management.
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free, and organized work environment, particularly in shipping, receiving, and staging areas.
- Follow all quality system related procedures and document requirements for the facility.
- Wear and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for warehouse and cleanroom environments.
- Perform maintenance of compressors or other production equipment as applicable.
Required Skills
- Hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
- Has passion for their work and is a self-starter.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to stand for most of the day.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
- Certified to drive a forklift or interested in taking training to perform this work.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, cleanroom, or manufacturing environment.
Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
