ABOUT GLAMOUR SECRETS
Our Halifax Shopping Centre location offers an amazing selection of professional hair care products, hair appliances, skincare and more! Plus, our in-store salon provides a wide range of services including cuts, colours and blowouts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director of Operations for Atlantic Canada, this position will oversee all day to day activities including:
- Coach and motivate retail and service teams to achieve sales targets
- Manage scheduling
- Manage inventory, product displays and promotional programs
- Assign tasks, prioritize business requirements, oversee employee duties, and ensure operational effectiveness for both salon and retail business
- Ensure store and salon are kept clean, neat and organized and that all company policies are followed by employees at all times
- Resolve issues in a professional and respectful manner
- Ensure a positive work environment for employees and an unmatched, superior customer experience at all times
