Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive business growth within the cleaning services industry. This role requires a proven track record in sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the cleaning services sector
- Conduct door-to-door sales and canvassing activities
- Visit condominiums, apartment buildings, hotels, commercial properties, and property management offices
- Present company services and generate new client accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers and decision-makers
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in cleaning services, janitorial services, facility management, property maintenance, or a related industry
- Minimum 1 year of field sales, door-to-door sales, canvassing, or business development experience
- Proven experience generating new business and closing sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid G Driver's License
- Reliable vehicle required
- Willing to travel throughout the GTA

- Monday to Friday
- Day Shift
- Occasional evenings as required
