Hidden Realm Adventures at Horne Lake Caves Provincial Park is hiring energetic and responsible Cave Guides to lead unforgettable underground adventures for visitors of all ages. Cave Guides safely lead small groups through a variety of natural cave systems, helping guests climb, crawl, squeeze, and explore while sharing engaging information about cave geology, ecology, and local history. The role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage group safety in physically active environments that may involve uneven terrain, darkness, and confined spaces. Guides are responsible for fitting safety equipment, delivering safety briefings, monitoring guests throughout the tour, and creating a fun and memorable experience for families, school groups, and adventure seekers. This is an active outdoor position ideal for people who enjoy nature, teamwork, and helping others step outside their comfort zone. Training is provided, and applicants should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather and capable of moderate to strenuous physical activity.
