About the Role
Dragon Vape is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to support store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, product education, and building long-term customer relationships.
You will assist customers in finding the right products for their needs, educate new and returning customers, and help maintain a clean, professional, and well-organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product education
- Engage customers with a sales-driven, solution-based approach
- Operate POS system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and planogram standards
- Assist with inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention
- Support store leadership in achieving sales and operational goals
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Retail or sales experience
- Vape industry experience is an asset, but not required
Availability
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
