Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Structural Steel Project Managers and Coordinators to join our growing team. This role involves overseeing and coordinating local construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to safety standards, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in construction management, project scheduling, and technical software tools, contributing to the successful execution of projects across various sites. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage steel construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans using inhouse construction management software.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications are met accurately.
- Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam and other construction estimating tools for project planning and cost control.
- Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and time management to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance and quality assurance.
- Prepare and review project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Manage project risks proactively by identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong background in steel construction with a solid technical understanding of steel.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Bluebeam, ProCore and other relevant construction management software tools.
- Experience reading Architectural, Structural and Shop drawings related to steel fabrication and erection.
- Familiarity with contracts management, construction estimating, project scheduling, and project management principles.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining attention to detail on complex projects.

Pay: Up to $155,000.00 per year
