Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in sales to contribute to advance and gain finance office skills. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills, customer service acumen, and a solid foundation in sales and contract detail. As an integral part of our finance department, you will support senior management in all finance office activities from submissions, sales, contracting to compliance and administration.
Responsibilities ( As directed by senior manager)
- Manage loan processing and credit analysis to secure the best financing options for customers.
- Develop financial strategies that enhance dealership profitability.
- Analyze various credit situations, overcome challenges, and deliver fully funded, compliant deals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Sell extended warranties, insurances, and protection products to maximize deal profit.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial services or dealership environments is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with a professional demeanor.
- Solid understanding of sales processes within a dealership or similar setting.
- Proficiency in math with the ability to analyze numerical data and contracts accurately.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively across departments.
- OMVIC certification

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
