The Position:

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction and wants a predictable baseline of hours with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts when they become available.
Guaranteed Hours & Schedule
- Guaranteed: A minimum of two 8-hour shifts per week.
- On-Call Opportunity: Additional shifts may be available based on occupancy surges, staff vacations, or seasonal needs.
- Shift Times: Usually 3-11pm on Friday and Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm welcome, manage check-ins/check-outs, and act as the "go-to" person for guest inquiries.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage reservations via Opera, process payments, and handle phone inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Efficiently resolve guest concerns with a positive and professional attitude.
- Communication: Maintain clear logs for the next shift to ensure seamless guest service.

- Reliability: Since this role has specific guaranteed dates, showing up on time and ready to go is essential.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using multi-line phones and property management software.
- Previous Experience: Not required but a large positive.
