Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and management software. This role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining safety standards, quality control, and client satisfaction.
Duties
- Develop detailed project plans using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones.
- Utilize construction estimating tools to prepare cost projections and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the use of construction management software like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and address any issues promptly.
- Lead project meetings to review progress, resolve conflicts, and update stakeholders on project status.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Prepare reports on project performance metrics for senior management and clients.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-specific tools.
- Experience with construction estimating processes and cost control techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in project management with proven leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of civil works and building processes.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $103,704.14-$112,369.89 per year
