A high-volume and fast-growing automotive dealership in the London area is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Financial Services Manager to join our Sales Department.

About the Role
As a Financial Services Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Team and customers to provide financing solutions, vehicle protection options, and a seamless delivery experience. You will play a key role in helping customers secure financing while ensuring compliance, professionalism, and outstanding service throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Arrange automotive financing and leasing options for customers
- Present and sell finance and insurance products, including:
- Extended warranties
- GAP protection
- Credit insurance
- Rust/module protection and other aftermarket products
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate and compliant
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Department to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing experience
- Achieve monthly performance and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Previous automotive Financial Services Manager/Advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- OMVIC license required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams is considered a significant asset
