Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Commercial Site Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation, safety, and appearance of our commercial properties. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscape & parking surface maintenance, as well as garbage can availability and condition for a specific list of commercial properties in Winnipeg, MB.
Your attention to detail and pride in your results will help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors alike.
Duties
- Maintain lawn and planting bed areas of commercial sites to a well maintained standard throughout summer months. This will include mowing, trimming, bagging, and applying chemicals as needed.
- Maintain site trash bins on a scheduled basis.
- Keep detailed records of your interaction with the sites via our app including before and after pictures.
Experience
- Proven experience in a physical labour position with little to no glory, just the pride of seeing a job well done.
- Strong work ethic and desire to produce quality results.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for this type of work. Most commonly, we are visiting each of our sites weekly on a repeating basis. We work Monday through Friday, with very limited weekend responsibilities.
We will have 2 people hired for this work. We are seeking someone who is results focussed and whose life structure allows for the flexibility and availability to complete these tasks as needed, when needed.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
