At tbk, good strategy starts with the right question. We’re looking for someone whasks why before they ask how, whconnects data tdecisions, and whholds a high bar for what great client work looks like.
You’ll own digital strategy across our client portfolio: paid media, SEO, reporting, and the thinking that ties it all together. You’ll work directly with clients whare sophisticated, fast-moving, and serious about results. You’ll bring the team along with you and stand behind what you recommend.
This is a senior, client-facing role based in London, Ontario. You’ll be in the office, in meetings, and present with the people you work with. That’s not incidental thow we work — it’s central tit.

You’re already using AI tchange how you work. Not exploring it, not curious about it someday — already using it t- work faster, think more clearly, and deliver better outcomes for clients. That shift isn’t new for you. It’s just part of how you operate now.
- You communicate well with clients, with creative teams, with leadership.
- You can take something genuinely complex and explain it clearly without losing what matters. That skill is worth as much here as any technical knowledge you bring.
You’ll own the full journey from the first click tthe closed sale. That means building strategies that don’t stop at lead generation — you’ll think through the entire funnel: how traffic is captured, how the website converts it, how leads move through the CRM, and how marketing and sales connect tdrive real revenue outcomes for our clients.
In practice that looks like: building full-funnel strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO, and content as one connected plan; auditing and advising on website performance and conversion experience; working alongside our team tensure CRM setup, lead tracking, and pipeline visibility are built treflect marketing’s impact; leading senior client relationships through strategy presentations and honest performance conversations; and using every tool available tyou, including AI, tgive clients better thinking faster.
You’ll know where every campaign leads and whether it’s actually working.
We kept this list short on purpose. We’re hiring a strategic thinker, not a set of certifications. The right person will have most of this and the curiosity tfill any gaps:
- 5+ years in digital marketing, with meaningful agency experience
- Genuine strength in both paid media and SEO strategy, not just execution
- Understanding of website conversion and user experience as part of the marketing funnel
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and how marketing feeds sales pipeline
Comfort with analytics, attribution, and reporting that people actually use t- make decisions
- Experience managing client relationships at a senior level
- AI as a real, current part of how you work
- Clear, confident communication across all settings
