Teatro Ristorante opened its doors in 1993 to a smaller and relatively quiet downtown Calgary. Our philosophy is to provide quality seasonal cuisine, an acceptable selection of well-cellar wines, and knowledgeable, attentive service. Our service and staff are rooted in this philosophy, upholding exceptional cuisine and service.
What are the duties to perform:

Take an active role in producing and presenting all food products involving catering operations to maintain the best quality food style possible

Aid in the transportation of all food products
-
Maintain product consistency by regularly conducting inspections of seasonings, portions and appearance of food
-
Provide ongoing input to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef for menus, create and develop menus, recommend recipes, and create consistent and quality food products
