Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Prior hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse clientele. The Front Desk Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining guest satisfaction and supporting smooth daily operations.
Duties
- Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest service throughout all interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk operations within hotels or hospitality environments preferred
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of hospitality management software or front desk systems is advantageous
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the organization’s brand
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required

We have two positions available. The Night Audit Shift 11pm-7am, and the Evening Shift Sunday-Thursday 3-11pm.
Pay: $16.95-$18.00 per hour
