Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team specializing in kitchen renovations and luxury showpieces. This commission-only role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for high-end sales, customer engagement, and the construction or renovation industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a knack for building client relationships, and the ability to showcase premium products effectively. This position is based in Calgary and area and is perfect for self-starters eager to grow their sales career in a niche market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients and establishing new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate high-end kitchen renovation products and luxury showpieces to clients through product demos and consultations.
- Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs, leveraging negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and ongoing relationship development.
- Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and expand the client base within the target market.
- Upsell additional products or services during sales interactions to maximize revenue potential.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up schedules using POS systems or CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams on project specifications.
- Stay informed about industry trends, renovation techniques, and new product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or inside sales with a focus on high-end or luxury products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills essential for closing deals and managing customer relationships.
- Knowledge of renovation, construction, merchandising, and product demos related to kitchen upgrades or luxury showpieces.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Customer service expertise combined with effective marketing techniques such as upselling and product presentation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professional standards in all client interactions.
Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
