Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator

At knek, we’re looking for a Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator who enjoys making sure everything is in the right place, at the right time, and for the right reasons. Someone who is organized, proactive, and able to keep multiple projects moving forward without ever losing track of the details.
Because behind every sale, every delivery, and every piece of equipment ready to go to work, there’s someone making sure everything is properly coordinated.
Your Role at knek
- Manage purchasing activities and follow up on orders with suppliers;
- Coordinate transportation, deliveries, and transfers between our branches;
- Monitor inventory levels and equipment locations;
- Keep information and documentation up to date in our management systems;
- Collaborate with the sales, service, parts, and yard teams to coordinate priorities;
- Ensure thorough follow-up on files and communications with internal and external partners;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our procurement, inventory, and logistics processes;
- Help ensure that the right resources are available at the right time.

Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, administration, or a similar role;
- Strong computer skills and experience with management systems;
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities;
- Knowledge of the agricultural, industrial, or heavy equipment industry (an asset);
- Experience in a multi-branch environment (an asset).
