Whether you're just starting in the trade or you're an experienced carpenter or woodworker, we're interested in people with the right attitude. We can teach the skills—we can't teach work ethic.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reading shop drawings and measuring materials accurately
- Cutting, assembling, and building custom staircases
- Safely operating woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Maintaining quality standards while working efficiently
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Working as part of a team to meet customer deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop
- Pride in producing quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Experience That's an Asset (But Not Required)
- Carpentry, woodworking, cabinetmaking, or manufacturing experience
- Comfortable using power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure and shop drawings
If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training.
