We are currently seeking to fill an Inside Sales Business Development Representative role at our Concord, ON head office.
Skill & Knowledge Requirements

- Skilled in engaging and selling to Commercial and National Account-level clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize the CRM system to administer all customer activities and follow-ups.
- Log activity notes in CRM.
- Independently adhere to the weekly schedule for assigned portfolio of contacts, accounts, and outside Sales Group.
- Build customer awareness of RONCO's PPE solutions and generate sales opportunities.
- Assist National Accounts key objectives and coordinate TM activities in support of National Account programs and activities.
- Develop strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Increase account penetration through cross-selling, upselling, product substitution opportunities, and new product introductions.
- Identify opportunities to convert transactional customers into long-term strategic accounts.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email prospecting, CRM campaigns, dormant account reactivation, and lead follow-up.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails into assigned customers.
- Regularly communicate with Non-Focus National Accounts across Canada.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined sales qualification criteria.
- Maintain rapid speed-to-lead response standards.
- Ensure customers are aware of programs or promotional opportunities being offered.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and ensure CRM is updated.
- Close sales and achieve assigned targets.
Desired Education & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Prior experience with lead qualification or inside sales is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email outreach tools, and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
