Regional Air Heating & Cooling Inc. is expanding and looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.
Please Note: This position requires both HVAC service and installation experience. Applicants must be capable of independently diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing residential HVAC equipment. This is not an apprentice, helper, or delivery driver position.
Requirements
- Valid G2 Gas Technician License
- ODP Certification
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally with customers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience Servicing
- Furnaces
- Air Conditioners
- Heat Pumps
- Water Heaters
- Fireplaces
- HRV/ERV Systems
- Gas Appliances
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate repair options and recommendations to customers
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Compensation
- Full-Time, Permanent Position
- Up to $50.00 per hour based on experience and licensing
