What You'll Be Doing:
- Assemble parts and small sub-assemblies with precision
- Read and follow step-by-step assembly instructions from a binder
- Inspect your work to ensure products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work as part of a supportive production team
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Background in assembly
- Live within 15 mins of Burlington or Oakville
- Ability to read and follow written instructions accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift 10–15 lbs as needed
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
