What You’ll Do
- Support our customers with timely product and technical information that helps them build with confidence.
- Process orders with precision — from picks and packs to returns — ensuring accuracy every step of the way.
- Manage order flow to keep deliveries on time and projects on track.
- Resolve inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions‑first mindset.
- Coordinate across branches to support product transfers and customer needs.
- Monitor inventory and track customer‑owned stock to maintain seamless operations.
- Support billing and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support pick up/shipments - providing documentation and assistance to drivers
What You Bring
- A high school diploma (post‑secondary education is an asset)
- Experience in customer service; exposure to outside sales support is a plus
- Strong communication, active listening, and relationship‑building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with MS D365 – Dynamics is an asset
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
- Comfort managing shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset. Strong English verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Flexibility to work varying hours as needed

Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000
